have u tried dislocations for the shoulder mate? i have probs but this really helps loosen things up and cuts pain down to just after training and a few hours max, then ok, whereas used to take days.

I just use a band and do a few sets a day of 20 or so.

Spoto's efforts "look" a lot more confident if you ask me, good for the sport though, adds a little spice to the mix, like efferding and lilliebridge did squatting.

Bench needs a lot more work in a shirt... BUT I'm not enjoying the kit either, I prefer raw! There's the added factor of convenience too, when I can't make it to Ralls I'm f**ked in kit, raw I can train anywhere! Grin

Not getting enough as in not what you expected or saying not enough time to do it justice? Id have thought the latter as ur training with the right people kit wise im sure most will agree.

Suppose you out of it what you put in it, I decided against equipped mainly cos i couldn't be arsed with the time to put kit on and the patience needed for learning it properly.

Didn't envy you using those lol but I can see the idea behind the method and Id like to wager it'll work at improving power off the chest, good solid reps as I can imagine it felt awkward as foooook!
