I squatted yesterday mate but il come over and do a bit deffo. Ive got back at 7 tonight but thats a late finish for me, hopefully weds it will be earlier.

yes mate the 151.25 bench was very quick! Very impressed!

Im going to try and get down this wednesday then bud, il text you to see what time your starting.

Range of motion is comical! (in a good way as wish i could get the rom cut down like you do)

Not getting chance to get down bud, working again but seldom finish before 6 tbh atm.

new deadlift pb, all done beltless thesedays, bit slower than normal from floor, went from 225kg straight to 260kg.

Still lots to do, nees to be 280-290kg ideally at my weight (95kg)

I think if he knew it was buried he would not need to be defensive so his replies speak volumes, and Im a huge Lilliebridge fan, they are normally pretty good with depth for Americans tbh but that was high, either that or he needs to sort his camera angle out imo which doesn't do it any favours.

His training partner Dan Mervis is actually poss more impressive...he did 230 x 9 or 10 squats I think last week raw no wraps, 90kg ish at 17 years old....and is by all accounts legit clean.

140kg strictish OHP aswell for 6 reps, guys very strong but claims to be after Dan Greens records at 100kg....big statement with only one PL comp behind you, nice kid though but a few reckon his technique needs looking at, ie deads not locked out properly...regardless...raw strength is there imo.
