No, it violates the girls on the internet rule.

I was going to make some crack about two years being the time it took to complete the lift rather than how long you have been gunning for it but...that seemed redundant.

Some one on the internet wrote an article about how a deadlift can't be ground out past 13 seconds.

I'm a master at instagram clip length reps, I should try and contact him.

Wayne_Cowdrey said:What would happen in a PL comp if you squatted to depth and then straightened your legs without the bar rising at all and then good morning'd it up with stiff legs? White lights? I've often wondered.

It would need to be some one with short legs and a short torso so that there was no downward movement on the bar.

You're forgetting the suffix "Moonfaced c**t"

But yeah, all three of the sports I currently participate on are based on the principles, "most effect for least effort"

KitKats dipped in marscapone.

No one believes me, but it's godly lazy bas***d food.

Says my 153kg squat at 59kg.

I'll take my inefficient gains and national records ta much.
» Arching, better arch in the bench (Go to post)07-12-2015 @ 11:45
Hip flexor mobility and ankle mobility are key factors in getting a big arch under IPF rules. The more flexible your hips and ankles the further back you can get your feet under yourself and the higher you can push your sternum.

To hold the arch stable you'll need strong lats and core. I see lots of girls collapse under big arches because they can't brace right. Lat pull downs for retraction and long paused bench for the brace and core stability at the bottom.

I've never really used any of the fancy foam roller tricks that other people suggest, I've just focused on scapula retraction and pushing my feet back and down.
