the minute I finished 2 weeks self iso I was out on a long walk. and im out every other day since.
vitamin d is great for fighting viral infections.

You are so right about vitamin D

I have been using it for long time and now I have my son and wife using it and going out to the sun

It's important we remain safe, but we need out when we can

I have also made it my mission drop some body fat and focus on fitness

Strength training will always be there if I fancy getting at it again

These are strange times, but I will remain optimistic, while being very careful

3 weeks at least then.

I have found that my panic eating has long gone now, was maybe weeks 1-2. this week I have cut calories instinctively.

feeling great actually.

looking forward to at least 3 more weeks at home.

I think its time to start walking out the house though. might walk the family over the back tomorrow and bother some squirels and deer.

Get some fresh air man for sure

This will last at least another 18 months

Thor Will pull 501

He looked to have at least 5 reps in the tank with 440 and he will still be a bit stronger on the day, with appropriate rest

Only injury or some last minute doubt will dampen his hopes

I personally think he will smash it

I think millions have had it in the uk

Maybe not 10s of millions (though that would be great) but maybe a few million

South Korea are testing like f**k and trying to limit new cases to around 50 a day

No doubt our government will never be that effective

However, if we can bring the curve right down and produce mass testing? We might have a good strategy until a vaccine arrives

It will also greatly benefit the NHS, who will be fully focused and able for any vulnerable patients

Testing is a must

If only they can get accurate tests to see how many have really been infected with the virus

We are all going to get this virus (if we haven't already)

I understand the lockdown is to take the pressure off the NHS, which will ultimately save lives

But this lockdown is causing devastating effect to many different people

The rate of suicide and mental health will be catastrophic

The 'cure' will be worse than the disease

With a vaccine likely 18months away, everyone will have to catch this eventually

I don't fear death

At least not as much as cowering my home

This sucks, though I understand why we have to do it

I'm fine with it

Calibrated weights, a ref and experienced commentators

Thor will pull 501 on May 2nd

He's looking beastly

It will harm the NHS significantly but the true percent of death will not reach 1% imo

Figures will likely show anything from 2.5-5 %, but plenty will not be tested

The US elections will be in November so expect plenty of shortcuts on a vaccination to be available by then

I know the dangers in front of us. I have a 66 year old father with plenty of health issues, who was lucky to survive sepsis 3 years ago. He's my autistic sons superhero. He idiolizes his grandad

My mother in law is also in her 50s and has copd. Not to mention wife has all her grand parents alive

Times will be hard for all and I expect plenty of sorrow for many

However, this will pass in time and I believe it's time to man up and face what's coming

Continue with your lives as best you can and try to remember the glass is half full

PLENTY will have have mild symptoms and not suffer any consequences

Lets just put thoughts and prayers into our health workers and get through this together

Hopefully in a few weeks/months this will decline

Take care of yourselves and your families sincerely and remain positive

Matueuz is the man of the moment

That guy is like a modern pudz, only stronger

His deadlift still let's him down a tad, but it has improved and the guy is still so young

He looks a great athlete and I imagine he will win numerous tournaments soon

Lots of other great athletes coming through, we have a few of our own

But this man will be the guy to beat imo

Do we know for a fact it kills 2-5%?

I would bet many are mildly infected and have not been tested

The real number could be f**king 1% or less

People with mild symptoms will treat it like a common cold

Matueuz is the future and a phenomenal athlete

Predicted on this site years ago that he will be the man
