Haha, only time will tell. I am just trying to leave no stone unturned. Tbh I'd be shocked if they did a log for max again this year so extra fitness could be a factor as my pressing is obviously a weakness. Maybe deadlift for max or squat for reps or both so I wanna be covered. I reckon they'll do a db medley in the final as I know they have a set upto 125 that they haven't used yet, obviously that's just an educated guess though. As long as I'm fit and healthy I will 99% sure be at wsm

I have never trained with you, but have feeling you still have that bit between teeth to be wsm, anyway if not, your training looks excellent and the results are fairly showing. Thanks for sharing your videos, strong as f**k

Terry has lost lot weight and he's still strong. I do think if he trains hard and stays injury free he could place higher than ever if he enters wsm. If he doesn't, fair play to him as he has nothing to prove to us, I just got feeling he has something left he has yet to show. Maybe that extra 5 per cent to win the f**king thing. I think he has a good chance personally imo

They're always doing board work, doing this height for the last few weeks.

f**king animal strength right there. I've started doing speed pulls one session then next session work up to a heavy triple off floor and finally the following week, hit a heavy triple off the rack, just below knee level. Idea is to up the lifts by 5 kilo every week, till I stall and then start with heavy doubles and right down to singles when time comes.

What's the bodyweight now?
» WARNING slight bodybuilding question (Go to post)23-03-2013 @ 21:57
You are what you eat. Some people can eat what they want and not get fat but most have to be careful. Heavy weight training also increases appetite rapidly so it's difficult to be lean unless your really careful with the diet.

Little carbs on non weight training days and more on days you train is the way to go. Do some cardio as well, it won't kill your strength if you eat well and sleep good
