bigdave30 said:did u say he was 20?? strong guy if he is!!

still! imo! being strong at gym lifts doesnt mean he'l master strongman, i know guys with huge squats and deads but wouldn do very well at things like yoke, farmers, stone etc...

good thing is he's young enough to learn whatever sport he wants to go into!

just turned 20. He likes bodybuilding but hasnt ruled out trying his hand at powerlifting as well. Hes got plenty of time on his side.

Cheers mate, nice to finally make it into the 600's!

Im still struggling to make it into 500's. Hopefully get there soon. Ive always found it easier to get strong at pressing.

Suppose it depends on bw but if he's been hammering the gear I wouldn't call that strong a top ex bodybuilder I know when he was at his off season peak would be bench 260 deadlifiting top 300's and sqautted 320-340 for sets of twelve he was 24 stone and 5,8

hes just turned 20. 5 foot 11 and around 16 stone at 8% body fat. 200kg is not his max bench. No doubt theirs stronger guys but he is still a strong young man.

overall placings - Z (250), Katona (118),Misha(108)
Different class !!!!!!!!

Z is a beast, pudz was a character and in great shape but Z is by far the better strongman in my eyes, at least at limit strength!

He takes loads of gear, no doubt about that but still seems lot stronger than other bodybuilders i know who use as well.

It actually only says that Z won, I think Misha was 3rd going in to the second day and he won a couple of events so I'm guessing he was second, Radz 3rd. Maybe

Z is a beast. He is without a doubt strongest man ever, tho Pudz will always remain my favourite strongman.

Theirs a guy at my gym with scary potential. Hes primarly a bodybuilder but I have never seen so much potential in a young man. Hes only been training a couple years but yet i seen him basically close grip 200kg bench and squat deep reps with 210kg belt only, all while dieting. He says he would like to give powerlifting a go, but he has his first bodybuilding show coming up in a few months. Some guys have just got great genetics!

bench is awesome, 160 for paused reps at your weight is unreal strength!

Strength always comes back quick enough, something similar to muscle memory. Still huge lifts mate in a few weeks of progress. well done

Just over 6 foot and around 16 stone at the minute.

Hywel said:I know most dissagree, but I preferred Godfather 1 to Godfather 2 (tho 2 was still awesome) I also didn't think 3 was as bad as everyone made out. Ok it wasn't in the same league as 1 and 2, but was a decent enough film all the same.

I agree with this. 3rd is definately the weakest of the trilogy but it will still a good watch.
