I think young luke will make top 5

Or at least push very close!

Got a feeling this guy might go all the way to the very top in time!

I can see my abs, but another couple of kilos down would be better.
A work colleague described it as being at my "fighting weight" Wink

Nice one mate

I am currently a moonface at 110 kg

Plan to get back to around 90 which is pretty lean for me

My bodyweight crept up to 86kg, but is back down to 84kg Happy

Fair play in all seriousness Wayne

I too am going to try and get back in decent shape

I imagine you're pretty lean at 84-86kg?

Wayne_Cowdrey said:Yes!!! Great achievement at that bodyweight! All my 120kg+ log lifts were at about 20kg more bodyweight than this Happy

Next we need to see 78kg Inch DB press at 78kg bodyweight Wink

I once pressed 180kg overhead and f**ked some beautiful pussy after! True story
» Koklyaev vs A. Emelianenko (Go to post)30-11-2019 @ 09:44
Strength only means anything if there is a huge discrepancy in size and even then, a much more skilled guy has the advantage

Imagine if that was Wilder hitting misha?

He would be out cold over christmas

So, does this now settle the "beef"?

You are the strongman and I have some martial arts background

Expect an angry pm later

100% in agreement

I doubt a powerlifting comp is near as hard as completing a brutal strongman comp

The guy dominated the Brits for years and won Worlds

It doesn't matter now anyway, as Graham will break it soon enough!!
» New All Time Total WR. (Go to post)26-11-2019 @ 20:14
Are you guys serious?

You think with some deadlift prep without straps, he wouldn't pull at least 430? Even 420?

Would he at his strongest bench any less than 290-300?

I love Hixxy, but if he can squat 440, then surely Hall would do least the same with a solid few months prep
» New All Time Total WR. (Go to post)26-11-2019 @ 16:20
Mr Hall would have killed the record if he had of focused on one prep following WSM

And I do mean KILLED IT!

Ah well, I guess being the first man to lift half a tonne and a WSM isn't bad Tongue

I never take supplements

Though I'm not currently competing so don't see the need for wasting coin

I'm tempted to give vitamin T a rattle,as I doubt I will have any more kids

I doubt I will compete in drug tested feds again

Also I'm approaching 40 in a few years

Ill reply to a couple of the comments now then ill move on to review worlds an s**t like that.

Good man Paul, I have always enjoyed your posting and we have had no issues!!

Considering I am starting to focus on grip, I may even steal a few things Wink
