Tony, even if you slimmed down to 60Kg you'd still out-pull me Happy

As per title.
» Squat challenge (Go to post)22-07-2010 @ 16:30
I did 160 x 14 maybe 3 or 4 years ago when I was going through a phase of squatting for higher reps. I'd say that's my best ever repping performance. My legs are stronger now than they were then, but they are currently accustomed to very low reps.

Dan, I think you should just do some benching and curling while the big boys are training Grin

Chris, I haven't watched the vid, but with a 372.5 equipped PB, 190 must be an absolute doddle weight for you??

I only squat raw, so don't really know any different, but I reckon I'd do approx 6 reps (to full depth).

A is correct, although for the purposes of strength training does it really matter?

What's the phone mate?

Just a crappy Nokia.

I have footage of my log lift from London's Strongest Man u105 2008 on my phone, so I'll have a play around and see if I can put that on here. I'm crap at anything to do with technology.

so when are you going to come over for another session at the farm then? Wink

I was thinking that myself!

It should be possible within the next few weeks. It doesn't have to be a Saturday. I could find a weekday.
