Do you mean wrapping your elbows? because that won't work, did you wrap them tight because if they were loose then you won't get much carryover on your squat.

Warmed up with overhead squats an snatch balance

I did a single on the minute for 10 minutes

These got better as they went on but my shoulders are still s**t.

Full cleans

Singles again on the minute for 10 minutes
100 10x1 (most of these were pretty good so I might be able to do a decent clean and jerk soon)

Rdl's (didn't go heavy as I'm deadlifting so I just used what my mate was using
