23.5.13 Last little session before Harwood comp Warmed up with running Log 65x10 85x5, 3 one motions and 2 strict 105x3 strict 130x1 failed 2nd (both strict, 1st one was easy 2nd one should have gone) 120x5 (clean each rep, I had a go at power jerking these and it felt great, can't wait for the comp! Bit of running then home, gonna rest up till Monday now. | |||
