This made me lol last night but I cba to respond.
Lulz at Oly Squatting is how a squat should be done. Bouncing the fc*k out of the hole cannot be good on your joints. How many people in the IPF/EPF etc employ this technique by the way just to illustrate that "that is how a squat should be done"?
Seen anyone in the RAW World Cup doing that? I don't think so.

It might not be the strongest squat for powerlifting but it just looks right.

Do you really think that there is a difference between the two (results wise) ?
The only difference between isolate and concentrate is percentage of protein - I wonder if powders have any greater effect than food
I know that chocolate milk has come out as hugely impressive in post workout studies

Chocolate milk is a great shout!

14.6.13

Bit of a random one tonight.

Bench press
20xloads
40x10
60 3x6
80x3
100 2x3
120x3
140x1
150x1
160x1
165xfail shoulders were tired today so did some other s**t

Snatch
20xlots
30x3
35x3
40x3
45x2
50x2
55x1
60x1
65x1
70x1
75x1 (3kg PB)
80 3xfails (pulls were good, shoulders just need to get used to the weight at the bottom position)

Power cleans
60x3
80x2
90x1
100x1
110x1
120 2x1 I stopped there cos I don't think these were helping me.

Squats
60x5
100x3
140x1
160x1
190x1
210x1 (not bad)

Dumbbell curls
15's x12
20's x12
30's x10

Then I got tempted to do prowler shuttle runs, bad decision!
Prowler x45m turns at 15
Prowler+20 x45
+40x45
+40 45x5 (60 seconds rest between sets)
Then I payed in the foetal position for a while! It's unbelievable how much pain accumulates in such a short time.

Done, almost 3 hours in the gym, I need some food!
