Stretch shortening cycle for the win! I don't know about anyone else but my hamstrings/calves are not the same shape or thickness as a steel bar therefore it is not the same thing bouncing benches vs squats. | |||

Today Arm over arm with prowler, much harder than last time everyone was quite afew kilos down I think it's because the floor had alot of s**t on it. 80kgx15m 160x15m 240xabout a foot drop 220x5m hands just died. Push press 20xlots 40x10 60x5 80x3 100x2 120x1 (tired) Prowler suicide 20kg +prowler 5x30m rested while the other guy went. 4x30m 3x30m 2x30m 40kg +prowler 1x30m Bicep curls xafew Done, then 10 bas***d pieces of chicken at KFC bloated isn't the word! | |||
