Stretch shortening cycle for the win! I don't know about anyone else but my hamstrings/calves are not the same shape or thickness as a steel bar therefore it is not the same thing bouncing benches vs squats.

Thanks for the diet advice btw. Yeah I miss the milk really bad. I was having an amazing time in 2011 because of the blue top and carbs but now I can't do it.
