Warm up then

Bench press
60 1x15, 2x10
100 2x3
140 1x5 (rep PB) 1x6 (another rep PB)

Close grip incline paused
127.5x5 (5 rep PB)
137.5x2 fail 3rd


Dumbbell bench press
33's x15
40's x12
57.5's x4


Overhead cable extensions

Then I did some fun little wod//crossfit/circuit training

10 rounds of
Power clean 61kgx3, pull ups x3

Gonna shove more conditioning work in and hopefully improve this time alot!

well kind of...

A 6 year old in america made a gun with his hand, pointed it at his classmate and said pow! He got suspended from school for a day and his family have got an attorney to try and remove the fact that he "threatened to shoot a student" from his permanent record.

Does anyone else think this is absolutely beyond rediculous?

on the squat some raw guys do have slow descents, efferdings is really slow, theirs obviously something under his shirt on the bench could it be a baselayer type thing? its suspicious but i'd like to think he wouldnt cheat although people have done it before Unhappy
