» Maxing out on Squats 5 times a week? (Go to post)06-04-2013 @ 12:02
I think if you're that bothered about getting your squat up, your time could be better spent doing something like the russian masters squat routine; squatting twice a week and building up to a new max. Leaves plenty of time to slot in your other lifts too.

This article also mentions the russian squat routine which asks for squatting 3 times a week.

I'm seeing that your (quite incredible) total is equipped, do you do much equipped lifting now or have you kind of "progressed" on to strongman and raw lifting from that?

I know nothing about equipped lifting and I hope my post doesn't come across as cheeky. I've tried reading into briefs, suits, etc. but didn't know where to start!

That looks like it could quite possibly be the best thing in the world after coming home steaming from a night out. woulddevour/10

Yea. Exercising people die all the time. That's why I resent being forced to go to the gym and made to exercise by a man with a riding crop.
If only I had the freedom of choice and a comprehension of consequence I can't help but feel your argument would be rendered useless.

This.

They do a 3" single prong and a tapered single prong but they're based in 'murica as well. Getting good reviews and seem to be priced well though.

This coupled with Clarence's new video has got me right fired up for squats! f**k this, I'm running a Russian squat routine when I'm all healed up after my hernia op!

Strong lifting, 250kg dead was easy. And, this is a bit irrelevant but I'm loving the belt/ sock combo in those videos!
