I only said it looked about right because from what I gathered, your main bar placement is low-bar, which is why I said it looked about right. As for the pointless bit, When you dump 163kg, the last thing you want to do is start making irrational decisions afterwards, in my case, I needed to accept it and move on. Life's too short to throw a tantrum over a missed squat. | |||

Awesome lifting! I reckon with a fix in his technique for his sumo he'll be able to pull way more (ie. pull slack out the bar, knees out and sit back as opposed to a sumo SLD). | |||
