Yeah Tom, bodyweight wasn't so good that day, standing up/moving about 8 hours every day at work will do that to you, but I think its mostly water because after a couple of days off its right back up. Also played around with using my wrist wraps for better grip off the floor, not sure if it makes a difference tbh. | |||

Not bad session considering it took me almost 2 hours to get to the gym due to tube strikes and added traffic lol. | |||

Deloading and gradually increasing intensity this week.
