small session this morning deadlifts! warmed up 8 reps 5 sets at 210kg 20 inch DL done 8 x 210kg 8 x 210kg 8 x 210kg 6 x 210kg 6 x 210kg moved onto standing good mornings 50kg 4 sets of 8 reps did all sets and reps! | |||

Short workout the morning done shoulder press with DB 3 reps then lying side arm raise 4 on each side at 7.5kg had 10 sets warm up on the shoulder press was 3 x 20kg 3 x 25kg the laying side raise was 4 x 2.5kg 4 x 5kg then managed 10 sets of 3 reps at 30kg 5 seconds down! then 4 on each side at 7.5kg more tomorrow! | |||

Second session today!! Barbell press Warm up 3 x 50kg 3 x 60kg 3 x 70kg Warm up done ! 3 sets of 6 reps at 80kg manage all sets!! Moves onto squats again lol Warm up 3 x 70kg 3 x 100kg 3 x 120kg Warm up finished Moved on to 5 sets of 7 reps at 150kg managed all sets 4 seconds down straight up! After that did 4 sets of 6 reps of 80onch lock out with a Swiss bar at 45kg managed all sets! Bring on tomorrow! | |||

1st session back after our charity event which we managed 2 miles instead of one!! so good!!! Started with log today 40kg x 4 50kg x 4 60kg x 4 70kg x 4 80kg x 3 then went for 3 sets of 4 at 90kg well it went a bit like this 90kg x 4 95kg x 4 100kg x 4 (PB) so felt good!!! moved to squats! warm up 3 x 70kg 3 x 110kg 3 x 140kg 3 x 150kg moved onto 10 sets of 3 reps at 170kg managed all 10 sets at that weight 4 seconds down and straight up!! that was it for that session got another one tonight!! | |||

Lower back today killed me was deload but still!!! warm up with laying down leg curl warm up 4 x 34kg 4 x 42kg 4 x 51kg 4 x 68kg the onto a warm up with seated GM 4 x 50kg 4 x 70kg 4 x 90kg 4 x 110kg moved onto back extensions for 2 then BW Incline Hyper Extension. moved onto sets!! 6 reps at 68kg on the laying leg curl 8 reps at 110kg SGM 10 reps SBE with 12.5kg DB 2 reps BW Incline Hyper Extension.(not so good ment to be 6) 3 min rest 6 reps again on the laying leg curl at 68kg 8 reps at 110kg SGM 6 reps SBE with 10kg DB again ment to be 10 2 reps BW Incline Hyper Extension. again not good ment to be 6 3 min rest 2 on the laying leg curl its killed me!! supposed to be 6 8 reps at 110kg SGM 10 reps SBE with 7.5kg DB then 5 reps BW Incline Hyper Extension. better still not 6!! so got the charity event sat so lots and lots of tyre flips!!! | |||

good de load session today!! started off with barbell press! Warm up was 3 x 50kg 3 x 60kg 3 x 70kg moved onto 2 sets of 7 reps with 75kg which i managed both sets! moved onto squats after that warm up of 3 x 70kg 3 x 100kg 3 x 120kg the did 3 sets of 9 reps at 130kg done all 3 sets! moved onto the lock out quick warm up with 3 reps of 50kg straight into 2 sets of 8 reps with 70kg feeling good good a training session thursday the sat is the charity even flipping a 300kg for a mile with 3 hours going to be hard work for every one getting involved!! | |||
