Mst was good this morning!! Started with some farmers walks up to 80kg in each hand! Around 10 meters drop and turn another 10 meters Did that a few time was good Then 10 mins solid of 75kg keg run 20 meters there were 7 of us doing it Still felt like a long time! Moved onto tyre flips 3 of them into a sled drag mine was around 140kg! Did that 3 times Then had a few games of tug of war So fun session back in Monday to hit training hard to get ready for champs of the future | |||

So more deadlifts..... On box this time started at 150kg for 2 sets at 5 reps Moved up to 160kg for 2 sets at 4 reps Then 170kg for 3 reps! Moved onto the reverse hyperextention 4 sets of 12 reps at .....5kg!!! Rest day tomorrow Back in for mst on sat for more abuse yay!!! | |||

So deadlifts 5 sets of 3 reps with chains!! (Weights are without chains) 3 @ 170kg 3 @ 180kg 3 @ 190kg 3 @ 190kg 3 @ 190kg Was hard work but felt good!! Then onto Romanian deadlifts 5 sets of 9 reps @ 50kg with a 2 second pause at the bottom Managed all reps and sets Got more deadlifts later so will see what that brings.... | |||

Tonight was BB press over head Quick warm up Aimed for 5 sets of 5-7 rep @ 85kg Went a bit like 7,7,7,6,6 On to lock out Close grip lock out 5 sets of 5-7 reps Did 7,6,6,7.6 More dead lift tomorrow morning nice and early! | |||

Hope everyone had a good new year! Back to training this morning involved log press Quick warm up and moved on to 5 sets of 4 reps @ 105kg Went a bit like 4,4,4,3,1 do not great but ok! After that was a seated BB press with 65kg was ment to do 5 set of 7......didn't turn out that well Was more like 6,6,6,5,3 In between each BB press I was doing 7reps @ 7kg on the Powell raise on each arm Managed all of them ok! Be back in later for some more pain!! Start the new year as I mean to go on!! Hit it hard!! | |||

There is nothing like finishing off the year with some Monday morning squats!! 7 sets of 5 reps this morning at 174kg got squats later as well so have a good new year every one | |||

Had deadlifts today 2 x 170kg 2 x 180kg 2 x 190kg 2 x 200kg 1 x 210kg 1 x 220kg (current pb) Moved up 10kg each time and got a new pb of 260kg So really happy with that!!! | |||

Hope everyone had a good xmas!! a little bit of training today just to get back in the swing of things did squats to start with 5 x 150kg 5 x 160kg 5 x 170kg 5 x 180kg 2 x 190kg moved onto log press 5 x 80kg 5 x 90kg 4 x 100kg 1 x 110kg 1 x 120kg almost had 125kg just didn't stabilise my self!! another session tomorrow so really get in the swing of it!!! |
