Re - squat drop sets I take about 20 secs rest, basically the time it takes me to strip a plate off each side then back under the bar again. On my heavy sets I usually only take about 3 mins cos I train alone so get bored sitting round between sets (the wife would be on the phone if I was taking hours to train lol..

worth noting though that:
lots of guys have gotten big and strong without singles
lot of guys who live on singles now got big and strong using higher reps
lot of guys who live by heavy singkes and low reps are very small

Is superpump the only thing you've used in the past 3 months? Find it hard to believe that superpump alone has added 40kg to your squat. Most people I know who have used it reckon it's gash. If I want pre-workout focus I'd use eph and an energy drink.

140/3 f**ked up the 1st rep by descending too fast and struggled to recover

Back Squat

140/10 20 secs rest then 100/10 20secs rest 60/10 then lie down for a bit

Karlsen squats
160/15, 10, 8

Standing leg curl
35/15,12, 8

glute ham 75/ 12, 12

all done and dusted in 60 minutes

Few weeks back I got a bit overenthusiatic with cleaning the log and badly strained both my bicep tendons (or so I thought). Right one seems fine now but left is still sore and I can't seem to contract my left bicep fully .. it still feel quite soft when it's tensed and the tendon is still sore. There wasn't any bruising but there was a lot of inflammation so I'm wondering is it just a really bad strain or perhaps a partial tear?
