I planned a route around 5/6 miles long and try to complete it quicker each time I go out... very basic but I use it to be fitter for rugby and it works and absolute treat | |||

I've also tried popping it off my shoulders as i stand up and readjusting my grip - invariably I end up with my hands in completely different positions. It's definitely a skill in itself!
