This is an excellent opportunity for you to lift in an open international powerlifting competition without having to pay for membership
Just pay entry fees and enjoy a great day rubbing shoulders with some of the best international lifters from around the world

Current GBPF ideally, not people who have "been moved on" from tested feds. Or does Force 10 still have a big number of current GBPF lifters?

Yes there are a lot of gbpf lifters in Force 10 only 2 people out of around 14 powerlifters lift in wpc
Also moved on and welcomed back 😊

A belt definitely assists they are a great tool for lifters that needs extra support
I don't wear one though

So you don't use one and many lifters don't either as they don't really assist only support
big difference between assistance and support

Ok let's just say sleeves are raw as they just make your knees sweat

How many Cypriots that live in London have won in multiple federations as a junior? Just me, then?

Not trying to make myself look better just making a clear line to what is RAW and what is semi equipped

In your opinion it's not raw, but in many Feds it is. That's not my opinion, it is fact. What is your stance on the use of belts?

A belt is for safety it's supporting the area where there is virtually no solid bone it's debatable whether you get any assistance from a belt
whereas with wraps you do get a lot of assistance and rebound

Who has lifted over 500 Wilks points in the UK

This is Raw no knee wraps or knee sleeves

The wilks formula is the only way to put lifter against lifter to see who is best

Iv done 520 wilks points

I could only name 2 personally although I know there will be way more.

And how many have totalled 800+?

Who will be the first Brit to do 1000

When I read this and I have looked at it a few time it's RAW can we take on board squats with knee wraps is not raw I'm also thinking squats with knee sleeves can't be raw either
