» My First Attempt at 260kg Deadlift (Go to post)04-10-2012 @ 19:58 
This was my first attempt at 260kg deadlift i managed the 255kg two weeks previously unfortunately i failed this lift.



As you can see it gets to my knees relatively quick but once there it felt like i hit a wall and couldnt budge it.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Really happy with the bench press iv really struggled to get past 120kg - 125kg dont know if that is down to starting incline bench or the body weight dips a couple weeks back.

Happy with the PB been trying to break 100kg for a while but i seemed to have got a slight spasm between my shoulder blades now that is a real irritation now.

My elbow is definetly feeling sore tonight after that session so i kept the reps high and got plenty of ice on now.

I didnt go to college i scraped the grades i needed in high school to get into the army and was there from the age of 16 to 23, the biggest mistake i made was getting out iv been moving from one job to another through getting sacked or getting made redundant and even when i tried to go back into the army it took them over a year to send a rejection letter.
