REST & RECOVERY

Foam roller arrived today so got to try it out and i can say that it was not that enjoyable but it did loosen me off a little especially my lower back.

My right elbow doesnt feel as bad today so hopefully by Monday ill be able to ease it back into training.

REST & RECOVERY

No session now until Monday just rest and recovery and my new foam roller arrives tomorrow so that will also be getting used over the next couple of days

I think you may do well getting some light high rep pressing in and see how it feels, if its feeling crap then rest up for a bit.


Cheers mate wont have much pressing now till next week so will have plenty of rest, when wrapping your arm how often would you do it ?
