I tried his farmers technique (start walking before full picked up) the first time I ever did farmers walk (which was in a comp) and nearly fell over. Prob should've practiced first.

Still a good tip though.

Well done mate. Sounds like the competition was very tough. Nice video too.

Interesting fact about qualifiying for u90kg and u105kg. My aim is to compete at u90kg for a year then u105kg for 1-2 years and then opens, so I might be the first to qualify for all 3 (watch this space). Cool

I can't shoulder press/bench/squat/deadlift/grip properly or do anything fun.

That said, it will recover quick enough. My slipped disc has/will take 6 months.

I shouldn't complain too much.
