Well done mate. Sounds like the competition was very tough. Nice video too. Interesting fact about qualifiying for u90kg and u105kg. My aim is to compete at u90kg for a year then u105kg for 1-2 years and then opens, so I might be the first to qualify for all 3 (watch this space). | |||

I can't shoulder press/bench/squat/deadlift/grip properly or do anything fun. That said, it will recover quick enough. My slipped disc has/will take 6 months. I shouldn't complain too much. | |||
