Really wanted the deadlift but couldn't manaed it. Will try that weight again next week after some rest. | |||

Up to 80kg was very fast and could've done 10 reps on 80kg (pb is 3 reps). Lateral raises 8 x 16kg x 4 Racked shoulder press 10 x 20kg 8 x 40kg 6 x 60kg 3 x 70kg 1 x 75kg 1 x 80kg one arm dumbbell press 6 x 20kg L&R 5 x 30kg L&R 3 x 40kg L&R 1 x 50kg R only here onwards 1 x 52.5kg 1 x 55kg 1 x 57.5kg PB 1 x 60kg PB Great session, very happy, everything felt right | |||

One-arm dumbbell press 6 x 20kg L&R 4 x 30kg L&R 2 x 40kg L&R 4 x 50kg R only Had 2 attempts at a 5th rep but couldn't lock it out so tired Seated shoulder press 10 x 40kg 8 x 50kg 4 x 60kg 2 x 70kg x 2 OK session. Found it hard to train push press after doing legs yesterday. | |||

One arm snatch (left-handed) 6 x 15kg 6 x 25kg 3 x 35kg 3 x 40kg 1 x 45kg 1 x 50kg fail but very close One arm dumbbell press (left-handed) 6 x 20kg 3 x 30kg 2 x 40kg PB 1 x 44kg PB Left hand is so unco-ordinated. Really need to practice these to try and get them at least close to my right hand. Bit of a s**te session and thought my elbow was fixed. Looking forward to squats tomorrow... | |||
