Leg raises: 60/30/20
Leg raises: 30/15/10

Dumbbell holds: 42kg x 2 minutes (very slight tear in back)
Box jumps: 5 sets of 5 working up to 39 inches

I've recently slipped a disc and have been having physio. I've basically been told to strengthen my core, more so all the small interconnecting muscles rather than the big outer muscles.

So need to strengthen the lower abs (i.e. pelvic floor muscles).

So she's got me doing lots of planks and plank variations, concentrating on tensing the lower abs about 50% of max (so as not to burn out too quickly).

Also got me doing some balancing exercise lying lengthways on a foam roller.

Stretching is also good (baby and cobra but also good to stretch hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes).

I like reading it. It's inspirational.
