Rep deadlift

Felt really easy so decided to push it as I'm going to be out the gym for a while

Pull was very fast right to an inch away from lock out, deffo more there if I hitch

Sled drags arm over arm

15m rope 300kg prowler weight

Wide grip pull ups

Knee was hurting and stiff from jerking the log on Saturday

High bar narrow stance

255 x 1 PB, bodyweight pb, high bar pb!

Front squat

100 x 5
140 x 3

Core felt very weak tipping forward on every rep so gave up

Calf raises x lots

Stretched rack position for about 10mins

Used 220kg today Sam instead of 160 , felt much better abd just as fast. Can only move the bar so fast I guess
