17/02/14 Max skwaatz Knee was hurting and stiff from jerking the log on Saturday High bar narrow stance 60 x lots 100 x 5 140 x 1 180 x 1 200 x 1 wraps on 225 x 1 255 x 1 PB, bodyweight pb, high bar pb! Used 220kg today Sam instead of 160 , felt much better abd just as fast. Can only move the bar so fast I guess |
