I don't squat much at the moment as i feel i get enough from deadlifting variations but i am an old cnut and dont compete though.

Back in the day when i did have a decent squat improvisation was needed especially for offshore gyms with limited equipment.

Finished off with Hammer Curls & Press-Ups

16.00 Meal replacement drink
19.00 Pork n pepper burger in a bap, lambs liver, veg & just a wee handfull of chips
21.00 Meal replacement bar

Throw in a few cups of tea and maybe the odd treat Happy

Ive got a fairly easy 2/2 on the Galaxy 3/Buzzard Platform for Dril-Quip, have been out here for almost 2 years now.
Going to be jumping ship very soon though & back working in Africa somewhere?????

1 x 10 @ 220kg all done beltless but with lift straps for the last 3 work sets

1 Hand Deadlift (sets for both sides)

Happy with tonights session after a full days graft, last set of ten partials to prove a point to some younger, bigger & chemically assisted gym users Tongue
