Log 95kg
I did 5 reps, which give me 6th place.

Farmers 100kg 50m.
I´m too slow for this light farmers. Time was 28,9sec. 7th in this event.

Deadlifts 200kg, no suit or straps
I thought 6-8 reps would be reality, but somehow I did 11 reps. 5th place

Front hold 25kg ( It wasn´t really 25kg, maybe 20kg)
49,25sec. First time ever and 5th place. 1,5sec to third place...

Stones 100kg-115kg-125kg-145kg
Last stone slipped and slided and rolled, but still time was 16,5sec and one more 5th place. Shame, that who promised me to film my loading, he didnt.

After all my place was 4th out of 12.

Yes, I get some tips. Finland`s strongest comp was not my first but fifth competition. First was FSM -105kg 2010 in Rauma where I was 11th, and you won if you don`t remember. Last summer I did Finnish Cup -105kg. In Kuikka I was 10th and in Haapajärvi I was 7th (first final place in my short career).
This summer I did already Make`s Strongest man in Lahti and there I was 3th. And Finnish Strongest -105kg comp this year I was 10th. After first event I was third, but in second event, powerstairs my back cramped and it effects also in vikingpress where I did only 5reps. Next time better.

Cheers! Yes there is lots of overheads because I have to concentrate them too.

Harri: Yes I do training for Puumala strongest comp, but before it i do Viitasaari Strongest 7th July and Saarijärvi Open 14th July. Need to have more experience of competiting.. And I do training in Heinola.
