| they are good at locking you into a proper position for pressing when you pull them up to the right height on your arms. im using with for this reason on my speed work now. with some light bands to kind of counteract the assistance the slingshot gives. | |||

| A pair of blue bands will counteract the assistance it gives you but still let you be locked into the decent position it gives you. Does for me anyway. | |||
