none of these on ebay! i weigh 93kg, 5ft 9, regular stance rather than sumo. has to be IPF legal.
thanks.
» anyone selling a bench shirt? (Go to post)25-03-2013 @ 07:25
i won the metal one on ebay, 20 plus 8 postage! worn twice!

i think the 42's would be too tight for a first shirt. but JH the one you are selling might do the job! is it IPF legal? i am bidding on one on ebay that ends in 3 days, if i dont win it i will PM you for details.
thanks all.

» korte 3x3 competition phase, ok to go higher than suggested %? (Go to post)01-02-2013 @ 11:37
6x5-6on the big 3 for 4 weeks.
i feel ok but yeah take your points. take the breather or i may burn out before the end of phase 2. Follow the system. thanks lads.

this is my first week on phase 2, competition phase. i have to say the 80% of projected 1RM lifts, for 1 rep seems very easy. in fact i have gone up another 2 weights in deadlift and squat already this week and felt i had more in me. is this worth doing? i mean if the strength is clearly there is it worth hitting higher numbers or should i stick to the percentages outlined in the articles?
thanks.

force10 said:Strength shop for about 20 I think these are the best they are a good price and the legs are nice and short so theres no chance of trapping the material between the bar and your thigh when deadlifting.

yeah the IPF seems to only allow a handful of manufacturers and i dont think strength shop are one of them.

60 does seem pricey!
if anyone has an old one they no longer use and want to flog drop me a pm. size xl

Happy Happy
