i tend to have a mass gainer while training instead of water. purely because i am thirsty so it makes it an easy way to get the protein in. not really concerned about nutrient timing given how long it takes thre body to digest and utilize nutrients. it 's just and easy way for me to get cals in.

was running short of time this morning so just did my benching and had to shoot off to work. did the assist stuff in the afternoon(pin press, weighted dips). clearly the assist stuff was easier as my triceps had time to recover. is there any reason not to do this regularly? would mean i could get a good bit stronger on the assist stuff and the carry over to the main lifts. i train in my garage so its not like going to the gym twice a day.

i have 2 titan centurian squat suits, one os a 42RS the other 46RS and i am right between both sizes. looking to swap either for a 44RS. both are hardly worn. i wore the smaller one in the build up to and at my 1st comp and the larger one the same for my last comp. both in good nick, just with a little chalk marking on them. if anyone is interested in a swap please email me:

that second vid was just bloody awful. i hate that westside style, superwide squatting and the depths were just s**te. saying that i have seen plenty equipped lifters at GBPF events shifting serious weight to correct depth.
personally i enjoy lifting equipped, do it under IPF rules and you have no choice but to hit depth. even if in my case its with f**k all weight!

no not ideal at all. i get they all have full time jobs to do etc and i will never break a record but i have mates who have and havent had it recognized which is a real shame.
