yeah so it seems, someone told me they had changed name but must be incorrect.
» cage too narrow for new squat stance, what to do? (Go to post)19-02-2015 @ 07:52
spent some time with a very good PL coach who has widened my low bar stance a fair bit. it feels great and i can squat a lot more a lot easier now.
trouble is when i got home and tried it in my cage, my feel essentially need to be where the outside bottom posts of the cage are. how to work around this? i could take the bar off the pregs and walk it out of the cages, or i also have some bodymax squat stands. trouble is both those options would involve not having safeties/catchers for heavy low bar squats.
considered having sections of the bottom posts cut out of cage but i'm not sure what this would do to the structure of the cage. currently squatting narrower again but its not feeling at all right. will use wider stance in comp though.
oh and i train alone at home so have no spotters for squats.

mine is in the garage. seen plenty of footage of yanks doing it in basements though. is the ceiling clearance high enough for a cage or overhead work?

» best wrist wrap on the market? (Go to post)11-02-2015 @ 09:38
lol, i went for the SBD stiff 1M wrap in the end. got a pair of the 24inch metal silver stiff wraps so will compare and see what difference(if any) they make.
