When I squat my quads in my right leg pump and I can really feel then working. My left leg is a different story however as I feel much less activation and in the middle and outer portion of my quads hardly any activation at all. Has anyone had any experience of this? | |||

Want to follow the last 6 weeks of the program, obviously 100kg x5 is not a true RPE of 8 but it was surprisingly challenging even considering the injury.
