just worked well for me, i used to deadlift from the floor for years and got averaage gains but once i went to 11inch i cd rep heavier and that let me pull a heavy one rep max from the floor

I always normally pull from 11 inch mainly for my heavy sets, then go to floor afterwards for some speed reps,im strong at 11 inch and 15inch and thats allowed me to pull a pretty gd one rep max from the floor.ive always been crap at repping from the floor, what do u guys think should ido? just stick to what im doing which has gave me pretty gd results or look to pull from the floor each week and try get better at repping from the floor?thanks

i just love training and hope to win a comp at some point ,whither its a novice or 105s .Gets a bit frustrating when ur busting ur ass every week and making steady gains and then u read a guys journol that u compete against who is juicing and every session its a pb,if i didnt love it so much i wd have probably jacke d it cause of that
