Still no plates. I might just do squat + bench on Friday and wait till next week to test the DL. In the meantime, some dicking around: HSPU practice Snatch grip dl's, triples up to 100kg, nothing too heavy, focusing on technique. Workout: 12 minute AMRAP of 10 hang clean high pulls (40kg) 10 push-press (40kg) 10 box jumps (32" or thereabouts) 5 rounds + 9 high-pulls. No rush, moderate pace, tidy jumps with a light landing. | |||

Cycle 4 Week 3 * Deadlifts 146x5, 166x3, 184x10 b**chass 11th rep played hard to get. Back didn't feel safe. Canned it. * Romanian DLs 105x10x2 Dislike these, can't get a good feel for them and they bother my back. Maybe I just need to do them more often. * Snatch grip deadlifts, with straps 105x1+1+1+1+1 Weak as a kitten, uncomfortable, rubbish.
