Anyhows, Zercher lift up to 1x130kg (PB stands at 140)
Zercher deadlift up to 100kg (PB, up from 90kg)

Hi, just saw this, are you still looking? I ran 5/3/1 with an events day this summer and modified a template I found online to track my lifts. I'll try to find the empty template or just reverse engineer my log.

Dumbbell and barbell complexes are great (bear, beast, manmakers...). You could also take a look at CrossFit workouts. Many of them include barbell movements.


If the "cardio" you find boring is jogging or sitting on a machine in the gym, you could always replace that with sprints and intervals.

Same as a powerlifting total but with the overhead press replacing the bench press.

Squat: 180kg (F192.5)
Press: 80kg (F85)
Deadlift: 230kg (F260)

Total: 490kg

I got the expected scores on current form, and failed all my cheeky PB attempts. Grin
