This is my 2nd time competing in strongman, I don't do much event training currently as my main focus is powerlifting but I love to dabble for a laugh. Enjoy, tips on technique for events would be much appreciated!

Cheers gents, I was training in Aberdeen but I've just finished with uni and moved back to my hometown, it was the Scottish branch of the gbpf I competed in. The noise was a song called "Carrion" by parkway drive.

Good stuff here, especially fighting through being ill. The oly lifts are so technique/ practise dependent - keep hammering them and they'll improve!
