OI Bro, I only did slow reps cos I f**ked my shoulders front squatting with 180 kilos , now I'm all healed (touch wood) I can start lifting heavyish again!!!!Grin

Might have a crack at this myself as Preston is only about 45 mins drive from Liverpool and I've been to John Bridges gym before..
