guzzled back a can of monster at pokemon hobby league not realising it was past 9pm. went to gym for the last half hour it was open to work off some of that energy... and ended up with a new bench pb lol.

bench press

20x 40kg
5x 70kg
5x 90kg
1x 100kg (old pb)
1x 105kg
1x 110kg
10x 70kg
10x 70kg
5x 70kg

strict military press

5x 50kg
5x 50kg
5x 50kg
5x 50kg
5x 50kg

had loads in the tank after my new bench pb, but was the only one in the gym at this point so didn't fancy dying potentially failing 115kg lol. my 1rm shoulder press is 80kg so 5x5 of 50kg shows how pumped i was! super happy with my bench progress so far, can't wait for a proper chest sesh to properly test out my bench gains.

it's too acidic for me. even 2+ hours after drinking it, if i train it'll come back up and burn my throat.

apparently there's a live smackdown tonight, which means hopefully they'll have more experienced wrestlers on to prevent live botches. hoping for a decent daniel bryan main event match, he's really over at the moment, no matter how hard he tried to be hated.

they reintroduced skip sheffield as ryback on smackdown and he looked monstrous, not sure if it was due to his 160lb opponent though lol.

the last few episodes of raw since mania have been amazing, lesnar's back burying cena and the punk/jericho rivalry is really interesting.

it's a shame smackdown is so dull to watch lately, wade barrett won't be back for til august and outside of cody rhodes and mark henry (who's mainly on raw lately anyway) the sd roster is really weak imo. hopefully they fix this soon.

lesnar vs cena at extreme rules, looks like it will be great.

i added 3-4 pints of whole milk to my diet, along with 2 portions of instant oats somewhere in the day also. all of this with my regular 3 meals a day with no increase in portion size right away.

over time i gradually increased the portion size of the 3 meals to the big sizes i eat today lol.
