Really good session good bar speed, still accelerating through lockout, the 175 wasnt a great idea, just fancied a crack as the 170 the other week was a piece of piss and i felt good, plus my training partner going for a PB planted the idea in my head, not to be but not a million miles off.

Incline

60 x 16
80 x 10
100 x 6
100 x 6

May have been another set that i cant remember

Some cable crossovers

Happy, Happy, Happy

Good luck then.
The only thing you need to remember about gambling is never put petrol money on a horse intending to fill up out of the winnings. That will lead to a lot of walking. Fill up first and bet with the change.

Wise words Sir

Is that the strength shop ones? If so I have wondered about them too

Dont think so mate, i got a set a year or 2 a go, they are rated from 100-300 think they do a 350 too, ive not got as great grip but nearly managed the 300, think the CoC are a lot tougher but not had the chance to try them

Thing said:Cheers loon, and the grip has surprised me as I haven't been training it. Or it's just a case that the steel on the grippers are less springy Wink

Haha i bet, ever tried the heavy grips grippers? im wondering how the compare to the CoC
» Neil's Journal (Go to post)10-07-2013 @ 21:38
