Later on Hepburn changed his recommendations and said he'd only do one section at a time, so 8 sets a workout, and then alternate the reps.
Remember the key thing he kept banging on about was to start light. Those 2's and 3's should be done with a weight you could rep out 8-10 times if you needed to. Then progress from there slowly, like a rep a session.

Thank f**k for that haha, so i can get rid of the muscle growth and pump group. Think ill start out at 105 should be challenging but possible. Then maybe throw in a few inclines and narrow grip.

My old workouts used to be much more BBing style, compound exercise followed by s**t loads of isolation stuff. Time to get strong

Nah then lads, looking for some advice. Im sure this has been done to death on here but i couldn't find anything on it. Does each style of lift suit a certain body style?

I usually lift regular but am fairly s**te at DL, im average height but have stupidly short arms would sumo be a better style to lift with? Deadlifting regular the bar is well above the town halls by lockout.

David its over to you......

Cheers for the advice Boar, im sure generous bribes along with my sparkling wit and obvious charm will have them flocking in. Will start a journal once i find a new training method. Just looking at some info on the westside stuff, looks far too complex for a half wit like myself.
