Yeah I've got a medium sized tear in my front delt and a small tear in my rear delt and supraspranatis. Making movement in all directions sour and restricted. It's abit s**t as am feeling strong too.

Slim down time,after a few discussions with people this week ive decided to not compete this year because of this shoulder. So am going to take this time to slim down and build up stronger and lighter.
