thanks lads, since i started ive aways made sure that i enough of food, and that has made me improve rapidly. i supose i am abit geneticaly gifted when it comes to the size of me, but there is a good piece of fat there too. i am not against taking peds or enhancing supplements either, in 2009 i fell pretty ill and had to have surgery on 2 organs so i am not willing to take the risk with steriods.

Davy who's been wondering what i am taking haha?
i think i told you already that i was'nt on anything, because of my health issues.

been abit dishearted from strongman lately, i didnt know that so many people were on the juice. Is it posible to compete naturaly and be competitive?

thanks neil. its improving slowly bud, and so are my lifts because of this. Not sure about doing strongman anymore as i didnt realise how much people used gear and kind of think its unfair now. i do realise there is natural comps but they are the same unfortunatelyUnhappy
