just train deadlifts at various heights at a weight where you don't have to hitch ever. If your training with weights that make you hitch it not going to improve.

You should just train your lockout till it's strong enough to do it without hitching. Whats the point in doing heavy deadlifts in training if you have to hitch. Your deadlift could be massive if you sort the lockout mate.

Awesome lift big guy. I always thought it was because he had tendinitis in his knees that made him strict press everything haha.

The 200kg frontie was a peach,perfect trekkers and easy, just a pity I wasn't able to squat very good. Am looking forward to another session when the calfs are better.

I did something similar apart from I tore the supra and infra. I didn't let it heal properly and ended up snapping all the ligaments that hold the ac joint together, so now my collar bone sits a 1" higher than my shoulder and moves about.
