ive had the chiro at it neil, pressing seems to be the only thing that hurts it.Unhappy

shoulders pretty f**ked again. got a small tear on the anterior delt near the bottom, its pretty knotted up so no pressing for a few weeks atleast. focus on deadlifts, going to try a 310 squat this week maybe more.

haha, no shoulders and upper back just felt fried from having heavy weights on them. Once my shoulder injury is out of my head and rom is back to 100% then i'll attempt a new pb mate. triceps feel realy strong at the moment, so pretty confident it will be close to 200.
