hi johnny a good guideline i should think

i would not be suprised if the log were to drop 5kg

Oh yeah course that makes perfect sense ..

We can all do 180kg Stone "same as worlds strongest man final"

Sprint 20 metres with a third of a tonne on our bas***d back

and Duck walk with 200kg hanging around our bollox ..

But the Log might need to come down .."its weighs 115kg"

~Put the f**kin log up not down ..... get the yoke down ..

No, no, no, put the log down and up the farmers!

Hey, forgot to mention the home-made protein flapjack in the goody bag, it was awesome! If I could buy them at a reasonable price and they don't have dead animal bits in (hydrolyzed gelatine etc) I would buy some for sure.

Great to see some more pics. Forgot to mention that the Lancaster Guardian put a big pic of Robbo on the back page with the farmers, fortunately for the man himself it was as he prepared to set off rather than when he took a tumble.Wink

Don't worry Jamie, my deadlift seems to have gone to s**t - probably due to not training it for ages!

JC, 300kg seems a long way off at the moment, but hopefully at the World singles in September it will be more on the cards.

See you Sunday Jamie.
