Anyone know if tacky allowed on tyre? I've never used tack on a tyre but if the tread is well worn?

No worries T, I am training them higher than usual anyway, should have changed my technique ages ago anyway as I have always failed on higher platforms. New technique working okay on lighter stones will see how it pans out as I up the weight over the next few weeks.

You are certainly mental. And certainly strong. Let me know if/when you are going for the Clegg masterclass and I will try and get down there too. Monday night medleys are not the same without you mate so hopefully you'll be back soon!

Well, I was going to come and watch and drag the family along anyway, so kind of feel like I might as well be competing, maybe treat it as an extended training session rather than my usual week off before and after a comp type approach.

My measurements are similar to Martin's at the moment, maybe a little less - legs around 28 at the top, hips 44 and waist around 36 at widest points.

What do you reckon, size 50? I might be 103kg(ish)by the time the comp comes around.

Cheers Jonny, what size do you reckon and where is best to get one in a hurry?

like i said in the other thread, i am planning to get a suit straight from finland if you are interested in tagging along.

they have 30% off sale on at the moment.

metal king pro would set you back at least 105 + postage, and maybe some other wanky costs.

Yeah, definatley mate, as long as it will be soon as I will need to train in it for the England's having never worn one before.
