Alright, for the last few workouts I've bin proper sick after! It's difficult to get the post workout shake n meal in without coming back out! Any1 one else do this? How is it dealt with?

and finished off with some machine leg work.

today was
Deadlift- 160kg x 5 felt preety good so i thought try more
180kg x 4 felt good but thats enougth!!
180kg x 4
180kg x 3 tried for 4 but no way!
180kg x 2 max i could do!
140kg x 6 ouch that hurt maaan!

shoulder press (shoulder abit weak so trying to throw them in as much as i can)

right, i get alot of spare time at work so i thought i'd give a bash at doing my journal, my aim is to be competing soon at novice levels then obviously go up. the only cardio i really do is cycle about 30miles a week to and from work.looking forward to tips and advice as my routine is a bit shocking atm i think....

Cheers Dan. is there a general rule with what techniques u should work on the same day?? im thinking of deads and bench on 1 day and shoulder press and squat the other obvioulsy with assists aswell, both twice a week??

Question for you..... I was under the impression that you should always seperate the differant part of your body each day for workouts (ie - monday chest, tuesday back etc etc), but to get good gains in strengh is it good to mix it up (ie sqauts and deadlifts in the same day and shoulders and chest in the other etc etc??

Alright sugden's? I'm f**koff board at work and trying to kill time sooooo What really f@cks you off at the the gym???? This ain't a dig at anyone as im sure we all do things that piss people off at the gym. I personally hate it when people put there hands down there trousers (probably checking its still there) then jumping straight on the weights!!! thats STI's just waiting to happen!!!
