Sometimes a take a scoop of C4 preworkout if I am feeling s**tty before a session.

Wouldn't want to take multiple scoops of these things everyday that's for sure.

Wore a belt for the first time in my life today for some front squat doubles.

I don't think I got much out of it really. So here's the question: How tight should you wear it and where is the optimum position on your midsection?
